For intended parents who need IVF, egg donation, or embryo creation, this is coordinated with IRMC before matching begins.

Surrogate Matching
Our team coordinates screening and matching with a prospective surrogate based on your program.

Embryo Transfer
Transfer is scheduled and coordinated with the fertility care provider.

Pregnancy Support
Ongoing pregnancy coordination, check-ins, and communication throughout the term.

Birth & Legal Process
Birth coordination, parentage, and travel documentation are managed with our local legal partners.

How long does this take?
Timelines vary significantly depending on whether fertility care is needed first, surrogate matching availability, and each stage of the pregnancy and legal process.
We do not publish a single general timeline because it would be misleading for most cases — your eligibility review will include a realistic estimate based on your specific starting point.
Who Is Involved
Who you'll be working with
Dreams of Parenthood Kyrgyzstan coordinates project management, intended parent support, and surrogate screening and matching throughout.
IRMC, an independent fertility care provider, handles medical aspects of fertility treatment when needed. Our local legal team handles contracts, birth registration, parentage, and travel documentation. We coordinate timing and communication between these parties on your behalf — we do not replace their independent professional judgment.
