• For the Eligibility Review and Russian surrogate application forms specifically: family structure, relationship status, and general fertility history you choose to share

We do not ask you to upload passports, medical records, or other identity or health documents through these forms. If those are needed later in the process, our team will arrange a secure channel separately.

How we use this information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, assess program fit during an eligibility review, and coordinate with independent fertility and legal partners on your behalf, with your consent. We do not use this information to make automated decisions about you.

Who we share information with

With your consent, relevant details may be shared with IRMC (an independent fertility care provider) or with [LAW FIRM OR LEGAL TEAM] (our independent local legal team), strictly for the purpose of coordinating your program. These are independent organizations, not departments of Dreams of Parenthood Kyrgyzstan, and they may have their own privacy practices.

We do not sell your personal information.
