We do not practice law and do not provide legal advice. Contracts, birth registration, parentage, and travel documentation are handled by an independent local legal team ([LAW FIRM OR LEGAL TEAM]). Process
Legal and birth process, stage by stage

Contract
The surrogacy arrangement is documented in a written contract between intended parents and the surrogate, prepared by independent legal counsel.

Birth Registration
After birth, the legal team handles registration with the relevant Kyrgyz authorities.

Parentage
Legal parentage is established according to Kyrgyz law and, where relevant, the intended parents' home country requirements.

Travel Documents
Passport and travel document arrangements are coordinated so the child can travel home with the intended parents.
Citizenship Matters
Requirements vary by home country
Parentage recognition and the process for obtaining your child's citizenship and travel documents depend heavily on your home country's laws — not only on Kyrgyz law. Some countries have a well-established process for children born via surrogacy abroad; others do not.
This is one of the most case-specific parts of the entire process, and it is confirmed directly with your legal team and, where relevant, your country's embassy or consulate — not published here as a general answer.
What We Coordinate
Our part in the legal process
We help schedule and coordinate communication between you and the legal team, keep you informed of where things stand, and coordinate logistics around the birth (such as timing your travel to Kyrgyzstan).
We do not draft contracts, represent you legally, or make legal determinations about parentage or citizenship — those are the legal team's independent responsibility.
