What Screening Covers
What we look at, generally
Screening generally considers general health and reproductive history, prior pregnancy experience, and other factors relevant to carrying a pregnancy safely. Medical evaluations are conducted by independent medical providers, not by our coordination team.
Specific screening criteria are detailed on our Russian-language surrogate application pages, since that is where prospective surrogates apply directly. We don't duplicate those specifics here to avoid two sources of truth.
Care During Pregnancy
How we support surrogates throughout the pregnancy
Once matched, our team coordinates regular check-ins, medical appointments, and communication between the surrogate and the fertility/medical team throughout the pregnancy.

Independent Medical Care
Medical care is provided independently
All medical care — screening evaluations, prenatal care, and delivery — is provided by independent medical providers. Dreams of Parenthood Kyrgyzstan is not a medical provider and does not make medical decisions on behalf of surrogates or intended parents.
